How we work
One team from the first conversation to long-term maintenance. Here is what happens at each step, what we need from you and how long it takes.
The four steps
-
Find
We map how the work actually flows: who does what, in which tools, and where the hours go.
You get a roadmap of what software can take over, with estimated time and cost savings for each item.
-
Design
We pick the one change that lifts the most work and propose one clear solution for it.
You get what it will do, what it connects to, a fixed price and the test it must pass on your data.
-
Build
We build it inside your own systems, in your own cloud account, on your own AI account.
Your people approve what it produces. You own the code.
-
Run
We monitor it, fix what breaks, update models and prompts, and make one small improvement a month.
You always talk to the engineers who built it.
What we need from you
Not much of your team’s time, and never more access than the project needs.
- A kickoff call with the people who do the work today.
- Real examples of the work. For the RFQ Assistant, that is 20 old RFQs with the quotes you sent.
- Read-only access to the systems the project touches. We remove it at handover.
- Someone on your side to review drafts while we test.
For an RFQ Assistant Pilot, that adds up to about 3 hours of your team’s time.
The acceptance test
Every first project has a test we agree with you before we start. It runs on your own data.
For the RFQ Assistant the test is at least 80% accuracy on the key fields across 20 of your past RFQs, plus 5 live drafts that your estimators approve with little or no editing.
Our first 3 clients pay for their Pilot only after it passes the acceptance test.
After launch
Maintenance is $900 a month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Monitoring of every run.
- Fixes when something breaks or one of your tools changes.
- Model and prompt updates.
- One small improvement every month.
- A reply within 1 business day, by email or a shared support channel.
