We do the heavy lifting on quotes.

The RFQ Assistant reads each request, finds your past jobs and prices it by your rules. Your engineers approve every quote.

Tested on your own data before you pay.

Who it’s for

Manufacturers and distributors who price work from drawings, part lists and spec sheets.

  • Engineered-to-order equipment makers

Equipment built to each customer’s spec, quoted from drawings and past jobs.

  • Configure-to-order equipment makers

Standard designs set up per order, priced from options and rules.

  • Job shops

Parts made to print, quoted from the drawing, the material and machine time.

  • Industrial distributors

Line-item requests matched to your catalog and price lists.

Quotes take hours. Customers don’t wait.

An RFQ arrives as an email with drawings, part lists and spec sheets. Someone has to read it, find similar old jobs, apply your pricing rules and type up the quote.

That is hours of an estimator’s or engineer’s day for every request. Meanwhile the customer waits, and often buys from whoever answers first.

What it does, in eight steps

It runs in your own cloud account, on your own AI account.

  1. Reads the RFQ From your inbox or web form: PDFs, spreadsheets and drawings.
  2. Pulls out the key fields Customer, part, material, quantity, dimensions, finish and due date. Anything uncertain is flagged.
  3. Finds similar past jobs The closest old jobs and the quotes you sent for them.
  4. Prices it by your rules Your price lists and rules set every number. AI never sets a price
  5. Drafts the quote In your own quote template.
  6. Waits for your approval Your estimator approves, edits or rejects it. Nothing is sent automatically
  7. Updates your tools Approved quotes go into your spreadsheet, CRM, accounting or ERP system.
  8. Logs every step An audit trail of every draft, edit and approval.

The acceptance test

Before you pay, it has to pass a test we agree with you, on your own data.

  • At least 80% accuracy on the key fields, across 20 of your past RFQs.
  • 5 live drafts that your estimators approve with little or no editing.

The test runs in your own cloud account, on your own AI account. Our first 3 clients pay for their Pilot only after it passes.

Questions estimators and owners ask

Does it read 3D CAD models?

No. It reads the PDFs, prints, spreadsheets and emails your customers send.

Does it replace our ERP?

No. We don’t replace it. We feed it clean data and drafts.

Is our pricing data safe?

It runs in your cloud on your own AI account. Nothing trains on it or leaves your account. We get read-only access to what the project needs and remove it at handover. Read our security details.

Will AI set our prices?

No. AI never prices. Your rules do, and every number shows its rule.

What do you need from us?

About 3 hours of your team’s time: a kickoff call, 20 old RFQs with the quotes you sent, and a review.

Do you take defense work?

We do not take ITAR or EAR-controlled work.
