What this policy covers

This policy covers information we collect through this website, our contact form, call bookings, payments and email. It does not cover the business data we work with during a project. That data stays in your own cloud account and is handled under your contract with us and our security commitments.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company and your message.
  • Call bookings: your name, email, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking, collected through Cal.com.
  • Card payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive your name, email, the amount and whether the payment succeeded. We never see your full card number.
  • Bank transfers: received through Skydo. We see the payer’s name, the amount and the details that come with the transfer.
  • Emails: anything you choose to send us.
  • Website: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting and Cloudflare keep short-lived server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and arrange calls.
  • To provide the services you buy, and to invoice you.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To keep this website secure.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it
